Birthing Balls are great for stretching, sitting, finding a comfortable position during birth, and for bouncing newborns to sleep. Tip: Over 5’9 get the 75cm ball, otherwise go with the 65cm size.
A good pillow can help you get a good night’s rest. Try pregnancy full body pillows, the Regular or Mini Snoogle, or the Moonlight Slumber U-shaped pillow. Listen to your body and find what works best for you.
Belly Bands help ease discomfort by supporting your abdomen. It helps prevent back strains and pelvic pain.
Hypnobabies audio tracks are relaxing and meditative. They can help with preparing for birth, insomnia, and staying calm in early labor.
Try aromatherapy with essential oils using an essential oil diffuser. Breath in the calming scents of lavender and chamomile. Frankincense is especially calming and useful toward the end of the first stage of labor.
